VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to our e-commerce platform. By registering as a vendor, uploading products, or using our vendor services, you agree to the following Terms and Condition. 

 Note: Effective time is after one must have Accepted and Agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Vendor Eligibility

To use this platform as a vendor, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate business and contact information. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for: Providing clear, truthful product descriptions. Ensuring that products meet safety, quality, and legal standards. Uploading accurate images and setting fair prices. We reserve the right to remove or reject any product that violates our policies.

3. Commission Fee

A flat 4% commission is deducted from every product sold through the platform. The commission is automatically calculated and deducted during payout. No additional hidden charges apply. Example: If your product sells for ₦10,000, we will deduct ₦400 (4%), and you will receive ₦9,600.

4. Payments

Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after order completion. Vendors must ensure bank or wallet details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect bank details.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Vendors must honor legitimate customer requests for refunds or replacements as governed by our platform policies. In cases of fraud, misleading products, or poor service, vendor accounts may be suspended or banned.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any vendor who: Engages in fraud, fake listings, or customer manipulation. Violates platform rules or fails to deliver quality service.

7. Vendor Conduct

Vendors must: Communicate professionally with customers and support. Avoid spamming, misleading pricing, or any unethical practices. Maintain good inventory control and shipping timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Loss of profits, revenue, or data. Issues beyond our control (e.g., internet failure, payment processor downtime).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Acceptance

By registering or listing products, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including the 4% commission on every sale.
